1 Welcome & Apologies
2 Declarations of Interest & Dispensation Requests from Councillors
a) Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests, new ones were required to be sent to MHDC after previous meeting.
b) To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
c) To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
d) To consider and agree all requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011) for the term of office post election – Councillors to consider all committees/groups they are involved with
Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest which falls within the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct, must leave the room for the relevant items.
Closure of the meeting to allow parishioners present to speak on any matters relating to the Parish. This item to be limited at the discretion of the chairman

a) Road safety improvements at Cross Hands – to try and prevent cars going off the road, including barriers, mini roundabouts, 30 mph etc. raised by Cllr Lamb
