You are duly required to attend the Meeting of Hanley Castle Parish Council to be held after the Parish Meeting on Thursday, 15th October 2015 in Hanley Swan Village Hall.

Agenda

1 Welcome & Apologies

2 Declarations of Interest & Dispensation Requests from Councillors

a) Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests, new ones were required to be sent to MHDC after previous meeting.

b) To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

c) To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

d) To Consider Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011) – written requests to be with the clerk at least 4 days prior to a meeting – Updated ones post election.

Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest which falls within the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct, must leave the room for the relevant items.

Closure of the meeting to allow parishioners present to speak on any matters relating to the Parish. This item to be limited at the discretion of the chairman

3 Minutes:

To consider the approval of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday, 17th September 2015 (copy attached)

Min 69c/13: Anne Ballinger gift, to propose ideas for usage of the money gifted to the Parish Council and discuss previous proposals

5 Finance:

a) To consider and APPROVE any payments notified in writing prior to the meeting.
