A group of people, which includes members of the parish council and existing Big Lunch Committee, have put this forward as a proposed programme after listening to suggestions. It is a few people and it would be great to have more people to share the load especially on the day. We have not been inundated with offers for help to organise these events so please do not hold back if you would like to be involved. If you are willing to help on any of the days please contact Sue Adeney 01684 310440 or email sadeney@metronet.co.uk for Hanley Swan based events or Sue Roberts 01684 592686, or Helen Owens 01684 594021 for Hanley Castle.
Village Organisations who wish to be involved as an opportunity to raise their own fund should get in touch now with an idea of what they would like to do.
If you know of an event that is not listed above then add a comment which includes the date, time, venue, name of the society or club and the subject and it will be added to the programme at the earliest opportunity.
